Back in the Sea again

Well after 11 days out of the water due an ear infection it felt good to get back in the pool and managed to notch just over 26k in the last five days. I also manage to get down Fishermens Walk for sea swim  on Sunday with Just Swim. It was cold, 6.4c, this was the coldest I’ve swam in this year and it hurt but what a buzz. Training this weekend

I’m heading out on New Year’s Day for 30 mins in approx 9c with a bunch friends from the ‘Just Swim’ gang. Just Swim are a group of friends with same interest ‘Sea Swimming’ all year round come rain or shine, frost or snow. They regularly meet every Sunday morning at the bottom of the lift at Fisherman’s Walk, Bournemouth BH6 3SQ, at 9am ish.
